OnePlus has officially announced the new flagship 10T. He received the latest hardware and the fastest charging in the history of the brand’s smartphones.
The top-end Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor is responsible for performance, supplemented by 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal memory in the top version. The memory is fast: LPDDR5 and UFS 3.1, respectively.
The 6.7-inch AMOLED display has a resolution of 2400×1080 and a refresh rate of 120Hz. HDR10+ support is present.
The camera is the main trade-off compared to the OnePlus 10 Pro. There are no Hasselblad dies here, the content of the modules is basic: the main 50-megapixel Sony IMX766, the wide-angle 8-megapixel (119.9º), plus a 2-megapixel macro.
The 4,800 mAh battery supports 150 W fast charging, which allows you to fully power your smartphone in 19 minutes. In regions with 110 or 120 volt sockets, charging will be slightly slower, with a maximum power of 125 watts. For fast charging, you need to use certified SUPERVOOC adapters and cables. Speaking of adapters: the package includes a 160 W unit.
OnePlus claims that the battery will retain 80% of its maximum capacity even after 1,600 recharge cycles. However, there is a minus: there is no wireless charging at all.
The case has a special coating that protects against fingerprints on the cover. The texture differs depending on the color: in mint green it is usually glossy, in black it is textured. Moisture protection is present, but it cannot be called flagship: only IP54.
The OnePlus 10T is priced at $749 for the top 16/256GB version, while the lower 8/128GB model will cost $649. With the announcement of the new model, OnePlus 10 Pro has fallen in price: the basic 8/128 GB version now costs $799 instead of $899.
