Samsung has expanded its line of branded headphones with the new flagship model Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. According to the manufacturer, they received the ultimate 24-bit HiFi sound and an active noise cancellation (ANC) system that has become 40% more efficient.
In addition to the high detail, the sound of the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro has a deep 360º surround.
Headphones can automatically connect not only to Galaxy smartphones, but also to the company’s smart TVs. For example, when watching a sports match, they will automatically connect to the smartphone if someone calls you.
For pairing, Bluetooth 5.3 is used, which means that the headphones are ready for LE Audio. There is also a function to search for headphones on the map using a smartphone.
The Buds 2 Pro are 15% smaller than the original Buds Pro. At the same time, the manufacturer increased the ventilation hole to eliminate the feeling of stuffy ears while listening to music.
The maximum autonomy reaches 5 hours with noise reduction or 8 without it. Taking into account recharge from the case, you can get 20 and 30 hours, respectively.
The headphone housing is protected from moisture according to the IPx7 standard. They will be available in black, white, and purple, starting at $269.
Also along with the Buds 2 Pro, Samsung announced the Galaxy Watch 5 / Watch 5 Pro smartwatch and two foldable smartphones.
