Yandex Maps learned how to build optimal routes from several points

The web version of Yandex Maps and the mobile application now have a feature for optimizing complex routes. The service will tell you how to consistently visit 4-10 places without riding from one end of the city to the other.

To do this, you need to build a route to the point where you need to end up, and then add intermediate destinations in any order. Click «Optimize» — and the program itself will create a route with which it will be faster to bypass or bypass all places. In addition to the location of points, traffic congestion is also taken into account.

You can optimize routes for pedestrians, cars, and public transport. It is noted that the new feature will be useful for situations where you need to have time to do a bunch of things as quickly as possible or want to visit as many places as possible in a new city.
