According to the latest data from Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman, Apple will introduce new iPad Pro models with screens of 11 and 12.9 inches already «in a few days.»
These tablets will be the first update to the flagship iPad lineup since April 2021, when both models got the M1 processor and the 12.9-inch variant got a mini-LED screen.
- The new generation of devices is expected to feature a more powerful Apple Silicon M2 chip that will improve performance and charging.
- There may also be MagSafe support and reverse wireless power, allowing users to charge their iPhone or AirPods case on the back of the tablet.
- Major design changes are not expected, and the 11-inch model will retain the Liquid Retina IPS matrix.
Both iPad Pro tablets will be presented without a loud presentation — they will simply appear on the official website in the list of new devices, accompanied by press releases. Their appearance can be expected this week.
